My name is Kate. I’m from Ukraine. My sons and me came to the Czech Republic on March, 13^th 2022. Before that I was working in a comprehensive school in Ukraine for several years and now I am realizing my dreams here in AMA School. My experience in teaching English Language and World Literature is about 7 years for now. And here are my steps in education:

1. 2006 – 2012 – Oles Honchar Dnipro National University, Ukraine. Master of International Relations, Political Science and Translation;
2. 2014 – 2017 – Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University, Ukraine. Master of English Language and Foreign Literature Teacher.

I also have a great amount of different certificates of Cambridge Assessment English Centre, Oxford Press, Pearson, Macmillan Education and National Geographic. In summer 2022 I had an opportunity to work with “Your chance” in Prague. It was cooperative work with Czech teachers to help Ukrainian kids aged 6-15, who were forced to leave Ukraine because of Russian invasion on 24^th February 2022, to adapt to the Czech Republic live conditions and schooling system.

Last year I was interested in completing a “Teaching Tips for Tricky English Grammar” course from University of California, Irvine.

I like travelling, having a good time with my kids and friends, creating some DIY things, watching movies and cooking.
