The festive opening of our international Culture Box exhibition by the museum in Most. Parents and the public are warmly welcome.

Children can stay with us for their entire pre-school and primary education.

Why AMA School

Mixed-age classes
Younger children learn from older ones; older children consolidate what they know by passing it on.
A trained guide in every class
Every class has a professionally trained teacher who guides the children rather than grading them.
Every day in the forest
We spend an hour to an hour and a half outdoors before lunch, and the afternoons in our garden.
After-school club and activities
An afternoon programme, clubs and a school counselling centre for children and parents.
Rhythm of the day
An uninterrupted work block, time outdoors, rest – the day has a clear and calm structure.

About us
A beautiful setting in the forest, close to the town
We are a group of enthusiastic, educated people who want to pass on our hearts, our kindness, our life wisdom and a Montessori education to children who will grow into a whole new generation.
Few places have a school and kindergarten standing alone by the forest, on a hill that fog and smog often don't reach. A place where you won't meet a car or a noisy street – but you will meet deer, hares and squirrels. It's called Široký vrch.
- Our own garden with play equipment, vegetable beds and a sandpit
- The forest right outside the door – campfires, mushrooms, games among the trees
- A quiet spot without smog, with views of the surrounding hills
